Organisation supports pedagogical staff

The skon head office in Vianen provides daily support of our blauwe dieren day care centres, including the administration, quality care, facilities and personal tasks. This enables our pedagogical staff to devote all their time to the children and contact with parents. We believe that this is very important.

Daily management

Each blauwe dieren day care centre is supervised by a manager who is responsible for the daily routine at the centre at his or her location. He or she receives support from one of the regional managers and participates in the regional consultations with other day care centre managers. This provides an optimal exchange of information, experience and knowledge, not only between the day care centre and the head office, but also between the day care centres. There is only one objective here: the very best child care.
