Day care for children from 0 to 4 years

We offer day care for children up to the age of 4 at the blauwe dieren day care centres. Disabled children are also welcome, where possible. The child always has top priority at our centres. Regular workers supervise the groups. We take the developmental phases of the children into account when dividing into groups. We make every effort to coordinate the day care situation with the home situation; therefore, good contact with the parents is very important.

Dealing responsibly with children

Our pedagogical policy plan is the guiding principle for our daily contact with the children. Young children seek calm and regularity. Structure is offered through set routines and moments for play, music, relaxation and meals. This is particularly important for the toddlers and pre-schoolers. For babies, we make every effort to adhere to the home schedule.

Areas for the children

The group areas are safe, cheerful, familiar and inviting. We try to encourage children to be independent by offering them freedom of movement and challenge. If he feels a need to do so, a child can also take a time out.
