Skon not only employs governmental guidelines and requirements, but also follows the Child Care Quality Agreement 2008 within the child care sector. Moreover, we are ISO 9001:2000 and HKZ certified. Our devotion to quality gives parents the assurance that work performed at all our branches is of a professional level.

Our pedagogical employees are the pillars of the quality in our child care. Therefore, skon devotes a lot of attention to professional promotion. Each employee follows a personal development plan, giving him/her the opportunity to develop. Quality, therefore, is not only theoretical but concretely visible in practice.
