Clear vision as the starting point

Our vision in educational theory is documented in a pedagogical policy plan. Professor J.M.A. Riksen Walraven's four basic pedagogical objectives of raising children in family and child care are our pedagogical starting point. We make sure that children feel emotionally secure, have the opportunity to develop themselves individually and socially and have the chance to familiarise themselves with societal norms and values.

Each centre has its own pedagogical plan

Based on the pedagogical policy plan, each blauwe dieren day care centre sets up its own pedagogical work plan. The plan explains how policy is translated into actual child care at the blauwe dieren day care centre. A pedagogical work plan is available for inspection at each day care centre.
